Maud Gonne is the instrumental side project of guitarist and songwriter Nick Zubeck. His first release under this moniker, Magnetic Variations, incorporates elements of found sound, other-worldly synth patches, and improvisation to create ethereal and evocative soundscapes and compositions. Inspired by classic ambient and instrumental music by the likes of Brian Eno, Jon Hassell and Aphex Twin.
